Denim waist overalls were created as a result of restrictions imposed during World War II to alleviate shortages of supplies. Made from original 13.6oz. rough selvedge denim. The back yoke has a unique height difference between the left and right sides. Normally there is a bar tack above the hidden rivets, but the wartime model is characterized by a full stitch. Iron arabesque doughnut buttons. The coin pocket does not have rivets due to wartime material restrictions. The lining is made of olive herringbone twill.
