SUGAR CANE 1936 Model Denim Jacket, 1st Wash, SC11936, Made in Japan This denim blouse is a 1936 model, from a time when the tuck buttons on the front and cuffs had just changed from small buttons for the trouser fly to full-sized buttons for the top. The 13.5oz. selvedge denim is made from immaturely spun uneven yarns of warp count 7 and weft count 7, and the pre-war orange stitching stands out. The back of the left chest pocket flap is made of light-weight denim, and selvedge can be seen on the edge of the front body.
